Remove the faulty hard drive from the interior assembly install the replacement hard drive.Д©. Disk 2 is the upper drive it is connected to the left connector of the printed circuit board assembly. The rear of the interior assembly is shown below.Дisk 1 is the lower drive it is connected to the right connector of the printed circuit board assembly. Unplug the both cables from the hard disk drives. There are no screws in the two holes indicated on the bottom of the interior assembly. Remove the screws from the top and bottom of the interior assembly. Take careful note of the locations of the hard drive mounting screws so that during reassembly the hard disk drive mounting screws can be replaced in the same locations. To remove either of the hard drives, it is necessary to remove the screws from both of the hard drives. Orient the rear panel with fan attached to slide through the outer sleeve. Slide the rear panel and interior assembly out of the outer sleeve.ДҐ. Remove the four screws from the bottom of the unit.Д¤.

NOTE: Do not remove the two screws that fasten the cooling fan to the rear panel. Remove the screws from the four corners of the rear panel.
